Return Policy
We want your shopping experience to be a happy one from start to finish. We know not everything works out and we want to help ensure you look fabulous in everything you purchase from us. We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise. If you find that you are not completely satisfied FashionStockroom will offer you 10 days for exchange or store credit for the purchase with the below requirements:
-Items must be in original packaging
-Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags and in original condition
-Sale items are FINAL SALE
-Vintage items are FINAL SALE
-Shoes are only returnable if unworn in original packaging
To return your product, please submit a return request and mail your product to: 2910 Hillside Drive, Highland Village, Texas 75077.
We issue refunds for returns in the form of store credit that is applied directly to your account on fashion-stockroom.com, but not to original methods of payment. In order to receive store credit, all returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached. Apparel must also be unworn and unwashed. Please include any warranty cards and accessories, if applicable.
Your store credit will be available approximately three business days after your return is received and processed. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any store credits available on your account are typically applied automatically during checkout. Please contact Customer Service at info@fashion-stockroom.com or (469) 588-9376 before placing your order if you are unsure how to use your store credit.
Items not eligible for return include swimwear, intimate apparel, luxury goods, and final sale items.
Returns are available to USA customers only for items shipped within the USA and returned to FashionStockroom from within the USA.
