We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise. Once you receive a return-eligible item, you have 14 days to submit a return request and ship your item to us. We issue refunds for returns in the form of store credit that is applied directly to your account on fashion-stockroom.com, but not to original methods of payment.

Items not eligible for return include swimwear, intimate apparel, luxury goods, and final sale items. Returns are available to USA customers only for items shipped within the USA and returned to FashionStockroom from within the USA.

When your order’s ready to leave our warehouse we’ll email to let you know. Then you can Track your order for regular updates.

Only just ordered? You can check your order status and contact details in My Account.

We will issue your refund for returned items ASAP. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed and the funds will take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, G-Pay and FashionStockroom Gift Card.

For your security, your billing name and address must match the billing information your credit card company has on file. Please contact your credit card company if you received a declined message.
If an item from your order is out of stock you will receive an email notification and you will not be charged for that item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
You have the option to shop as a guest or create an account if you choose.
You must create an account to save and share your wish list and access it on return visits.

  2. When you’re ready to return, select ‘Click refund’.
  3. Enter your Order ID and E-mail address.
  4. Enter the reason for Return and Product Images and submit
  5. Wait for confirmation of the Return Approval via email
